Venturers organise the meeting nights each week themselves. They create and run the program based on what interests them.
However, there are other larger events run by Region, State and Adventurous Activities teams. Venturers can sign up for these events themselves and can attend as individuals, without needing to plan it with the Group. Of course, the more, the merrier.

Our group is in South Met Region, so those events will be closer to our Group. NSW events are often held in Sydney and surrounds, so that tab is also worth checking out for things to do. You can usually join any Region's activities unless they explicitly state otherwise. Sydney North, the Water Activities Centre and Greater Western Sydney are quite active and their activities are still generally held around Sydney.
